This compressor oil features synthetic base oils and exclusive TriboDyn additives designed for rotary screw air compressors to provide up to 8,000 hours of service. TriboDyn Tri-Guard 3046 ISO 46 Rotary Screw Synthetic Compressor Oil is engineered to control foam for improved film strength, which is the single most important characteristic of any lubricant. TriboDyn has excellent resistance to varnish and carbon deposits under high temperature applications and minimizes impact from airborne pollutants to allow your air pump to run at maximum efficiency. This oil has outstanding thermal and oxidative stability, resists water contamination, and is compatible with most seals & plastics.
